We carried out a survey see if the roller shutter above the right hand fire escape door can have a safety brake mech fitter? Yes it can, would use the same tube as its smaller diameter around 3inch and a brake can be fit on the inside of the endplate.

We also quoted to convert side manual shutter to an electric operating shutter and requires new tube, motor, brake, brake cover, rocker switch, trunking, and a plug, between plates size is 1240mm for new tube,
Also asked if we could send an auto door engineer to look at the main auto sliding door intermittent fault
