Roller Shutter Electrical Repair Southport

We arrived at Hi Beauty one2one based in Southport. This customers electric roller shutter wasnt operating. We removed the ceiling tiles and un wire the motor and test on test leads. The fuse spur in which the shutter is wired in to has no electric? We switched on mcb and still no electric? The shop is having electrical work done on it and the electrician is not on site. We wired the receiver on to plug socket until the electrician finds the problem with fuse spur. The client alos requested 2 x nvm remote fobs to be programmed in off van stock.
